Cancellation Policy :
The demand for Osteopathy and Massage is high and it is important that all appointments are utilized. For this reason, 24 hours notice is required to make any changes to your appointment. As a courtesy, you will get a confirmation email 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. All changes, cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment or simply not showing up , will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment cost . The preferred payment method is debit, cash or e-transfer, but credit is also available.
E-transfers must be received on-site directly after your treatment or prior to the treatment.
