The feet and hands are mirrors of the body; maps of points that connect to specific organs, body systems and parts through energy meridians and nerve pathways. Using light to firm finger pressure on these points, we can thereby stimulate the associated areas. Stimulation increases blood flow, carrying in oxygen and nutrients, as well as assisting with removal of unwanted toxins. In time, regular treatments can promote regeneration of an area of the body.
