For our patients 65 years and older .This is your follow-up physiotherapy appointment, once you've had your 1 hour initial treatment with the physiotherapist, treatments moving forward will be 30 minutes in length. *DO NOT BOOK WITHOUT HAVING AN INITIAL TREATMENT FIRST*

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
