These sessions give you tools to be an active part of your care. Using a combination of adapted assisted stretches, subtle movement exercises, self massage/mobilization and the *ELDOA system.
*Eldoa is an active form of body work developed from an Osteopathic perspective. The focus is on “decoaptation” of joints. The goal is to gain awareness and control of the various tensions throughout the gravity line in your body; developing greater ease of movement and therefore less pain.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
