Without this being done, your appointment will be cancelled. If you have to reshedule or cancel, we require 48 hours advanced notice or you will be charged $20.

“"I visited Dr. Leslie Horowitz at Toronto Orthotics & My Toronto Chiropractor for custom orthotics. While Dr. Horowitz is professional, the technique used did not provide adequate arch support for my needs. This may work well for some patients, but if arch support is important to you, I would recommend asking specifically about the method used. I would also suggest searching for providers who include adjustments for up to a year after fitting without extra charge, as this is offered by many orthotics providers and gives you more time to assess whether the orthotics are truly working for you."”Read moreShow less

“Go see Dr. Leslie for orthotics! I have had 5 different ones and threw out the rest. She is thorough, smart, and kind. I like the textures used for the 'sport' ones, and it was recommended that I visit a place with a gait scanner. I'd suggest showing up early as the appointments, as they tend to work on a tigh schedule! And fill out the form before going. I'm not sure how some people can give this place a 1/5 stars. “I can’t say enough great words about Dr. Leslie Horowitz. When I went to see her, I could hardly walk, & by the time our first visit finished I was moving and walking with very little pain. After the second visit I am now pain free. She took the time to explain what was going on in my spine, & showed me helpful exercises I could do to strengthen my back & legs. “I booked an appointment with Dr. Leslie because of the high ratings she got throughout. Honestly, I was not disappointed at all! She is an amazing doctor, always willing to answer any questions and help in any way that she can. She was extremely thorough during the examination and told me everything that she diagnosed in simple terms. She provided thorough instructions on insurance coverage and made sure I knew exactly what to do to get the money back from the insurance company. Though the place was somewhat hard to find, the environment was extremely calm and comforting. I would honestly recommend Doctor Leslie to anyone having foot problems. “Dr. Leslie Horowitz was a Godsend to me. She not only helped me walk again, without pain, after suffering with a severely herniated disc but, she takes the time to get to know you as a person. She is very knowledgeable in her field and takes the time to talk and explain things to you. She is a chiropractor, psychologist and therapist all wrapped up in a warm and soothing bundle. “As a teacher, I don't give a perfect mark very often. However, Dr Leslie Horowitz rates 5 stars and more. She is not only a very professional and skilled chiropractor, but is mindful of you as a whole being. She treats, listens, recommends, and goes the extra mile to ensure that as her patient you are receiving the best orthotics and care available. In addition to excellent treatment and results, her office is spotless and you are always seen on time. She has an end game in place and will not have you come in for treatment unless it is required.
