Dr. Horowitz is a member in good standing with the CCO, who regulates her scope of practice.
With a special interest in the spine and lower limbs, Dr. Horowitz has taken multiple post-graduate continuing education courses related to foot biomechanics, prescribing custom-foot orthotics, using and analyzing TOG GaitScan™ technology, conducting Boot Camp for Spinal Stenosis and is a certified compression garment measurer.

“"I visited Dr. Leslie Horowitz at Toronto Orthotics & My Toronto Chiropractor for custom orthotics. While Dr. Horowitz is professional, the technique used did not provide adequate arch support for my needs. This may work well for some patients, but if arch support is important to you, I would recommend asking specifically about the method used. I would also suggest searching for providers who include adjustments for up to a year after fitting without extra charge, as this is offered by many orthotics providers and gives you more time to assess whether the orthotics are truly working for you."”Read moreShow less

“Go see Dr. Leslie for orthotics! I have had 5 different ones and threw out the rest. She is thorough, smart, and kind. I like the textures used for the 'sport' ones, and it was recommended that I visit a place with a gait scanner. I'd suggest showing up early as the appointments, as they tend to work on a tigh schedule! And fill out the form before going. I'm not sure how some people can give this place a 1/5 stars. “I can’t say enough great words about Dr. Leslie Horowitz. When I went to see her, I could hardly walk, & by the time our first visit finished I was moving and walking with very little pain. After the second visit I am now pain free. She took the time to explain what was going on in my spine, & showed me helpful exercises I could do to strengthen my back & legs. “Dr. Leslie Horowitz was a Godsend to me. She not only helped me walk again, without pain, after suffering with a severely herniated disc but, she takes the time to get to know you as a person. She is very knowledgeable in her field and takes the time to talk and explain things to you. She is a chiropractor, psychologist and therapist all wrapped up in a warm and soothing bundle.
