In this session at the end of our plan of management the main complaint will be re-assessed similarly, but more briefly, than the initial visit to see how much progress we have had and modify our plan of management accordingly. After the assessments there will also be a short treatment.

Most of this first osteopathy visit is spent figuring out what’s really going on — talking through how the problem behaves, then checking how you move, bend and tolerate pressure — followed by hands-on treatment and a clear sense of the next steps you leave with.
