Your initial Virtual Nutrition Counselling appointment is a fact finding mission. Together we will gather information, determine what you want or need as it relates to your nutrition and wellbeing objectives, and formulate your plan. This plan is fluid and will evolve, and you are taking the first step. You will be an active participant in your journey - be gentle but show up for yourself!
