Initial treatment includes a detailed intake to assess health concerns/imbalances of the body and mind. This is followed by an acupuncture session to treat any of the following health concerns that include:
Stress,
Anxiety,
Digestion,
Sleep,
Headaches & much more.
The treatment will include acupuncture needles and possibly other modalities: Guasha, Tuina massage, herbal oils.
As part of your initial consultation, patients will receive a comprehensive action plan to find health balance based on their TCM diagnosis. These recommendations may include information for lifestyle, diet and/or exercise additions/changes.
