Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.

70 minFollow-upContinue your treatment plan with a full acupuncture session. This extended visit allows time to incorporate additional bodywork techniques to support concerns such as pain, injury, or deeper relaxation. Therapies may include cupping, gua sha, tui-na massage, fascial work, or acupressure, depending on your needs that day.

70 minNew patientWelcome! New Traditional Today clients are asked to book a 75-minute Initial session so we have enough time to understand your health history and current needs. After reviewing your health history forms, your initial session will include an intake, assessment, and treatment. From there, we will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals. Please note that specialty services require their own dedicated Initial appointment to allow adequate time for assessment and care.
