Perinatal Care Appointment
This appointment is for pregnant or postpartum patients who are looking to care for their body during their specific perinatal stage of life. We discuss your pregnancy or postpartum goals and create a plan to reach them. Goals can include things like laying a strong foundation for your body to prepare for birth; postpartum rehabilitation; overcoming pelvic floor/musculoskeletal conditions; or learning exercise modifications. This appointment will use elements of massage therapy and remedial exercise and is billable through extended health benefits.
