Returning Clients: If you have not been to the clinic in 3 months or longer please book an Initial Assessment for your visit.
Cancellation Policy: We require 48 hours notice for Pilates Cancellations and 24 hours notice for all other services. Late Cancellations are subject to a charge of 60% of the total appointment cost.
ICBC and WSBC Clients: Please book this appointment type and be ready to provide your claim information.
Parking: There is an underground paid parking lot in our building accessible on Ash St. Please note that access to the building via the elevator is currently only available between 9am and 5pm.
