This initial intake takes place over the phone.
● This is a pre-session intake with Andrea over the phone, to explore your movement history & health, your needs today and any past and/or present obstacles you may like supported.
Through this program, you will receive:
● Motivational tools and strategies to help you stay accountable and consistent.
● A strong emphasis on realistic, healthy progress while listening to your body to where it is today
After intake completion:
● A 60-minute in-person session will be booked at TIHC to implement your personalized program, walk through modifications, and build confidence in your next steps.
