We are located in Suite 303 of the 63 Glencoe office building. Parking is accessible. There is a ramp and elevator at the BACK entrance . During weekdays, both front and back entrances are open; please enter through the back door on weekends.

New patient bookings require a card on file to book online . If you would like to book, but are unable to put a card on file, please contact the clinic at 613-695-1213 or email admin@triadahealthottawa.com .
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Our practitioners are independent providers and are paid only for completed sessions — thank you for respecting their time.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be charged 50%-100% of the appointment fee, depending on the practitioner.
A pattern of repeated cancellations - for example, three or more cancellations within a six-month period, including cancellations made near the 24-hour window or repeatedly cancelling booked appointments - may result in:
- A card on file ,
- Prepayment ,
- Limited access to peak-time appointments , as determined by practitioner.
