The service consists of a 60-minute individualized assessment, followed by 30 minutes of program preparation and analysis completed by the practitioner.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
