🌿 DIRECT BILLING POLICY

By providing your Benefit Insurance information, you consent TRNSCND HEALING WELLNESS to claim your benefits on your behalf. The claim is processed before 10 AM on the day of your appointment . We cannot guarantee direct billing if your intake form is not complete before you arrive for your appointment.

Medavie Insurance Holders: We currently do not offer direct billing for Medavie Blue Cross with Shakira, Jas, and Mallory. If you have active coverage, you can submit your receipt for reimbursement, which is typically processed within a few business days.

CANCELLATION FEE - Late Cancellation or No Show

WE COLLECT CREDIT CARD INFORMATION UPON BOOKING

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged a late cancellation fee of FULL TREATMENT RATE . This fee helps cover time reserved exclusively for you. No-shows will be charged 100% of FULL TREATMENT RATE as well

Credit Card Service Fee

To help cover credit card processing costs, a small service fee of 2.5% is added to payments made by credit card via Clover, Janeapp payment and Square.

This fee will be shown clearly at checkout or on your receipt.

There’s no fee for Interact Debit and Cash.
