LOCATION: We are located at 364 Pacific Ave., Toronto. Please use the front entrance and wait in one of the designated waiting areas. We are not accepting walk-ins at this time. Please book online through Jane or contact us at the email below if you have any questions.
NEW PATIENTS: Please book an Initial Assessment to allow sufficient time for a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan. Devonna is not accepting new patients at this time. Luka and Michelle are accepting new patients for Orthopaedic & Vestibular/Concussion Physiotherapy, and Michelle is also accepting new patients for Orthopaedic & Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. Our therapists work closely together to provide coordinated, collaborative care.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged the full appointment fee. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking and will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
FOOTWEAR POLICY: To help maintain a clean, comfortable clinic, we ask that all outdoor shoes be removed upon entry. You’re welcome to bring clean indoor slides or slippers, or wear socks during your visit.
