This 40-minute session (10 min assessment and 30 min treatment) is designed for new patients that allows for a thorough assessment, a gentle integration into NFR and a treatment plan designed around your medical history to meet your goals. Please dress as if you were going to the gym, you will be clothed for your appointment / treatment.
Works on connective tissue which is 1000x more sensitive than muscle, in order to stimulate your brain to regulate movement, pain and inflammation.

What is RAPID Neurofascial Reset?
RAPID is a type of massage that resets nerve hypersensitivity back to neutral. The high intensity of the technique along with the client’s active movements allows the body to downgrade pain and reprogram sensory information processed by the brain. This then causes an immediate change in how the body responds to what it’s now feeling.
What is a treatment like?
RAPID Therapists use a a combination of hands on palpation, examination, and treatment. The RAPID provider palpates the tissues with his or her hands to evaluate the texture, tightness and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments and nerves. Hypersensitive areas are treated by combining precisely directed depth, tension with very specific patient movements.
RAPID sessions may be uncomfortable. This occurs as the neurological system is being stimulated to restore normal function.
