Please wear/bring shorts and for women a regular bra instead of a sports bra. it allows for me to assess and treat the sides under your armpits.
Please make sure to fill out your intake form as Connect Therapy takes everything (injuries, events and sports) into consideration that your body has been through. We will then assess your body for it's driver and determine the part of your body "driving" your symptoms. There may be time for a short treatment.
