For returning patients, this standard session will build on previous treatments as we continue your treatment plan and customize it as needed each time you come in. In addition to acupuncture, other therapies such as cupping, gua sha, electro-acupuncture, tui na (massage), moxibustion or home care strategies may be offered depending on the health concerns being addressed.

Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
