Direct Billing We offer direct billing to main major insurers. If you would like us to direct billing for you, please bring your insurance information to your appointment.
Please note : Direct billing is a courtesy service and is not guaranteed to work every time we attempt to use it.
Cancellation Policy Our clinic has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations withour 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of treatment cost for First time and 100% for Second time and onward. Same-Day cancellations or No-Show are will charged 100%.
Late Policy Clinets are asked to arrive to your appointment up to 10mins before the scheduled hour. If you are late for your appointment, you will only receive the service for whatever is remaining.
