Foot Reflexology Session (For Women’s Shoe Sizes 9 and Below and Men’s Shoe Sizes 8 and Below)
Now that we have had the opportunity to meet one another, we will assess your feet and discuss what you have noticed since your last treatment and any new changes. Hot towels will be used to cleanse and introduce gentle heat to prepare your feet for the 75 minutes of rhythmic massage using alternating pressure and focused attention on all of the reflexes on your feet.
Optional cooling peppermint lotion or warming thieve’s oil featuring clove and rosemary are then thoroughly massaged into your feet and lower legs and acupressure massage may be added to reinforce the work we have done on your reflex points. Unscented options are always available and foot soaks are available upon request for no additional charge.

Most of the hour is spent on the table in hands-on work — pressure, gliding strokes and focused work through specific muscles and connective tissue — with a brief check-in on what changed since last time and a sense of what to keep an eye on between visits.
