I like to use my variety of modalities within my treatments instead of restricting them to separate treatments (labeling “relaxation”, “deep tissue”, “sports”, etc.) as I believe patients have a variety of needs and require custom treatments and treatment plans in the best interest of their health and wellness journeys.
I use coconut oil as a base oil. Aromatherapy oils are DoTerra essential oils
