Join Lisa for this 75-minute Sound Meditation Special Event which will focus on enhancing your connection with your Heart Chakra- the energetic heart space that holds love, empathy and compassion for others and yourself. You will rest comfortably in a reclining arm chair as Lisa guides you through a Sound Meditation journey as you tap into your heart’s pure essence of love, compassion and gratitude while experiencing the soothing sounds of the drum, crystal singing bowls and several other sound healing instruments. The powerful yet calming sound waves from these instruments helps quiet the mind, calm the body, and makes space for physical and emotional healing to occur. NO experience with Meditation or Sound Healing is necessary! Please bring a blanket, an eye pillow/covering and any other comfort items you may need to help you relax. As space is limited, a credit card must be placed on file at the time of registration. Any cancellations within 24 hours prior to the event, will be charged the full amount of the event.
