If you’re ready to take a proactive approach to supporting your bone health, our physiotherapist-led Bone Health Class may be the perfect next step. This class will be offered weekly for 5 weeks and is designed specifically for individuals diagnosed with osteopenia or early-stage osteoporosis. Led by a Bone Fit–certified Physiotherapist, each session focuses on safe and effective bone-loading exercises, postural strengthening, and balance training. The goal is to help you build confidence, improve stability, support healthy movement, and reduce your risk of falls. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications provided to ensure you move safely and comfortably while getting the most benefit for your bones.

Most of the appointment is spent watching how you move and load your body — gait, squat, balance, mobility and strength work — with coaching and exercise adjustments in real time, and you leave with a clearer picture of your movement patterns and a plan to practise.
