All equipment will be set up and available for you, just bring yourself. The Yoga Studio is wheelchair accessible.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
