This 4 week In-Person series is claimable through physiotherapy private insurance, provided you have had a physio screen in the past calendar year. All new attendees will need to book a 1/2 hour screen ($85) to ensure that your insurance will accept the claim.
Those who attend the class will receive 10% off the Yoga Practice Manual “Yoga for the Stages of Pregnancy and Early Days of Recovery”.

Most of the appointment is spent figuring out what your body can and can’t do — talking through the pattern of the problem, then checking movement, strength, balance and specific tests — with some hands-on treatment or exercise coaching and a plan to take away.
