This appointment is for student-athletes who have already completed an initial consultation and have been invited to continue with ongoing psychology services. Follow-up sessions provide individualized support to help athletes address concerns related to mental health and overall well-being.
In-person appointments will be held on South Campus.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what has shifted since last time and working on it in real time — making sense of patterns, practising ways to respond differently, and staying with difficult thoughts or feelings — so you leave with a clearer thread to pick up between sessions.
