This appointment type is for Golden Bears & Pandas Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches, Full Time Staff and Recruits. Recruits accessing this service must have signed a U SPORTS Letter of Intent or have received an offer of Athletic Financial Award to attend the University of Alberta. Special permission for other individuals must be submitted in writing to varsityhealth@ualberta.ca

Most of this follow-up is spent moving and training — refining exercise technique, progressing or scaling the plan, and checking what changed since last time through a few targeted movement tests — so you leave knowing exactly what to keep doing before the next visit.
