If you have not completed an ND Referral Initial Visit or ND Referral Extended Visit with Dr. Hoffmann, please book one of those first (acupuncture can be done within those visits). Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
