This new patient virtual consult is for youth age 12 years to 18 years old for your initial meeting with Dr. Dacyshyn. We will discuss your main health concerns, past medical history, treatments and health goals. Testing, treatment options and an initial plan will be discussed during this hour and you will end with an individualized plan that works for you. Please fill in your online forms before your scheduled appointment. We look forward to meeting you!
