We are open 9:00am-5:00pm with a lunch break 12:30-1:30 with staffed front desk (Shari & Kim)
Some of our practitioners work on weekends or have longer morning/evening appointments as well as virtual appointments.

Local pick up at the clinic is available for supplements during clinic hours

Cancellation Policy
2 business days are required for changes or cancellations
* Changes made during the cancellation period are subject to 50% of the appointment cost
* No shows are subject to 100% of the appointment cost and affect our practitioners-please be courteous of our time ❤️
Insurance
Direct billing is available for most BC insurance providers and acupuncture coverage for ICBC patients

PRACTITIONERS
Dr. Shelby Entner is not currently accepting new patients and we do not have a wait list for future appointments. Current patients of Dr. Entner can book online or with the front desk and we have an active cancellation list for upcoming appointments
Dr. Janice Dacyshyn is now providing naturopathic virtual consultations with her new dual practice in Alberta and BC while living abroad.
New “IV ONLY” patients - we currently have openings for those who only want to utilize the IV rooms services.
*An initial 15 min visit is booked prior to an initial IV infusion.
Ashley Piderman, R.Ac is currently accepting new acupuncture patients and has an active waitlist
