This is a group acupuncture session where you will experience the healing and relaxing benefits of acupuncture with a small group of people. Each participant will find a comfortable position in the circle (think savasana) and each participant will receive the same set of acupuncture needles. Once all participants have their needles in place Dr. Galay will take you through a grounding exercise and close with some Reiki on all participants. Derobing is not necessary for these treatments, but it is recommended you wear comfortable clothing.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
