This follow up allows us to dig deeper into topics discussed in the initial, with any insight we may have gained from the preliminary treatment plan. Further testing options or modalities of treatment that may be deemed necessary will be discussed as well in this follow up. After this first follow up you will be provided with a detailed Vibrancy Plan which provides the roadmap of where we treat, your goals, recommended treatments and expected time frames.
