If this is the first time with our Naturopaths, select “Initial Visit”, if it has been 1 year or more since your last session, select “Welcome Back Visit”.
Appointments can be IN-PERSON &/or VIRTUAL Consultations. Virtual sessions are ran one-on-one through a privacy-compliant platform.
Initial Intake & Consent Forms MUST be completed electronically before your appointment.
Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your appointment please provide 24 hours notice or a No-Show fee (50% of the appointment cost) will apply.
