Booking with a Student of Massage Therapy is a great way for the patient to get a massage treatment at a very reasonable rate while enhancing the student's knowledge and experience, making this a WIN WIN for both parties!
A real world work environment helps give the student the ability to learn in a clinical setting and deal with all types of bodies with different pathologies. This will also increase the student's hands on palpation skills and techniques.
Please be ensured that there will always be a RMT in clinic for one on one mentorship with the student and to be able to help if any questions or issues arise. The student welcomes any and all critique so that they can hone their skills so please make use of the Student Feedback form and let's help make them the best RMT that they can be!!

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
