Any delay causing by the incomplete of Intake Form/Insurance information will result in a reduction of the treatment time. Please have a piece of government issued ID ready when you check in.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late Arrivals - if you are running late, please contact us at 604-761-2125. Showing up late will lead to a reduction of your treatment time.
A 24-hour cancellation policy is applied to all treatments. APPOINTMENT CANCELLED LESS THAN 24 HOURS, WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A $50 LATE CANCELLATION FEE. NO SHOWS ARE SUBJECTED TO FULL CHARGE OF TREATMENT.
