Follow-up appointments will combine a review of your progress, continued tailoring of your exercise/rehab plan, and additional manual or exercise therapy to help you progress towards your goals. Special price is for three sessions (regular $195, your price: $180). Must have booked in for an initial visit before booking in for the series of 3. Series must be completed within 6 weeks of purchase.

Most of this follow-up is spent moving and training — refining exercise technique, progressing or scaling the plan, and checking what changed since last time through a few targeted movement tests — so you leave knowing exactly what to keep doing before the next visit.
