Please use this treatment type if you are unable to climb the stairs to our second floor massage rooms.
The easiest times for us to accommodate this type of booking are Monday and Wednesday afternoons, and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings.
30 Minute Massage with one of our Registered Massage Therapists. 30 minutes is recommended for working on 1-2 targeted areas. If you have additional areas you would like to have worked on, a longer time would be recommended. Please be sure to discuss any questions or concerns you have with your therapist.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
