Massage therapy
Tuina massage/ cupping/ guasha (no needles)
The sessions take place in dedicated treatment room where therapist starts by asking you questions about your health so she/he could provide a great personalized experience.
Treatment includes use of suction cups to pull on your skin which results in increased blood flow to the affected area. Therapist briefly moves the cups to stretch and massage the area. It is then followed by hands on massage including rhythmic strokes, gentle kneading, and light pressure on the muscles.
