A biomechanical assessment can be very beneficial if you are experiencing pain in your feet, lower limbs or back, particularly if no cause has been established.
The assessment is not directed simply towards the feet but includes the pelvis, the legs, the knees and the relationships between them.
Following the assessment, doctor may prescribe the use of custom made orthotics.

Most of the appointment is spent examining how your feet are built and moving — skin, nails, joints, pressure points, gait and footwear — then dealing with the immediate issue through nail or skin care, padding, strapping or offloading, and sending you out with clear next steps.
