Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes life can get in the way of your scheduled appointments. However, we kindly ask that at least 24 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise the full fee of the massage will be charged.
If you are unsure if you can make your appointment in advance but you still want to receive treatment, please email us at watersidemassage@gmail.com to give us a heads up so we can share some options. Adding yourself to our waitlist is a great way to be notified of last minute appointments if your schedule changes often and you want to avoid being charged the cancellation fee.
