This appointment should be booked if you have not had a previous Chiropractic Initial Examination or if it has been 2 years or greater since your last appointment with our chiropractor at Well Moms & Co. If you are an existing patient and have a new complaint/injury, a Re-evaluation Appointment should be booked. This appointment will include health history, orthopedic examination, diagnosis, and treatment (time and assessment permitting).
