What it is

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.

• Checking in after the first appointment
• Working through a recovery plan
• When exercises need progressing or changing
