Physiotherapy - Initial Consultation & Treatment
This is the first session you will have with the Physiotherapist. They will run you through the appropriate testing and exams you require before commencing treatment.
**Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time so that we can insure all you appropriate paper work has been filled in correctly and you are ready and waiting for the Physiotherapist at the start of your session.
*The initial session is for one concern at a time, if there are multiple sites to be examined the Physiotherapist may require additional time and sessions to cover multiple body part areas.
Please bring clothing that you are able to freely move around in, such as gym gear.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
