We ask that any cancellations or changes be made at least 24 operating hours before your scheduled appointment.

Missed or late cancellations may result in a 50% service fee, which is the responsibility of the client (not covered by insurance or extended health benefits).

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved just for you. Missed appointments make it difficult for us to accommodate other clients in need of care. Please note that our Practitioners are independent contractors and only receive compensation when providing services.

To ensure fairness, missed appointments cannot be billed to benefit plans.

A fee of 50% will be charged for missed appointments.

We understand that emergencies and illness happen. However, if you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we are aware of your situation.
