-Location: Our office is located on the second floor, Office 288 of 2211 West 4th Ave East Building. Under the external directory, we are listed as “288 Clinical Counselling, Psychology & Massage Therapy.” Please note we are not affiliated with Office 216, where West 4th Physio operates.
-Direct Billing: We offer direct billing to most insurance companies. Please confirm with your RMT or Osteopathic Practitioner for specific details.
-Price Adjustment: Fee Update Effective September 1, 2026
As of September 1, 2026, Sara and Justin’s treatment rates will be updated by $10 per session and $15 for 90 minute sessions.
This change reflects continued investment in our clinical training, the quality of care we provide, and the rising costs associated with operating our practice. Our goal remains the same—to deliver thoughtful, individualized treatment that supports long-term results.
