Expect 60 minutes total with 45 minutes being active one on one with the physiotherapist and an additional 15 minutes of passive modality.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
