Building on your initial assessment, your Technical Stretch Therapist will provide targeted assisted stretching based on your mobility needs, goals, and progress. Sessions are designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, movement quality, and recovery while addressing areas of tightness or restriction.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
