This class is for all experience levels, whether you do breathwork regularly or you are brand new to the practice. It has been carefully curated to provide you with a safe and welcoming space to dive deeper in to self awareness and release what is no longer serving you. The event will include intention setting, guided conscious connected breathing, reflections and integration.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
